12/5/2012: Brewed today. Pitched with Czech Pilsner Wyeast built up with a 2 liter starter stepped up into a 2 liter starter. Fermented at 54*
12/19/2012: Gravity was around 1.020 and it was moved upstairs for the D-Rest.
12/26/2012: Racked to the secondary. Gravity is at 1.011 making for a 5.2% ABV beer. Color looks like a nice clear, deep copper. Still smells a bit like butt. Smooth, nice mouthfeel, kind of lingering spiciness.
