Redheaded Ryechild
Bred from a brewing obsession with Rye, the Ryechild set out to find a new style for Rye beers that hadn't been brewed to death already in this young trend. Moving away from the RyePAs, the Rye IPAs and Rye Stouts the American Amber Ale stepped up for the basestyle of this beer. Maris Otter along with a tandem of Crystal 120 and Special B provide the full bodied, caramel malt backbone of this beer while Citrus hops and the Rye flavor work to balance out the beer.
