Baby Bitter
It's football season and for those of you that don't know that means it's time to drink beer on Sundays and cry yourselves to sleep that night after the Vikin....uhhh....your team crushes your heart. You can drink your normal beer and get real drunk real fast meaning Mondays are rough or you can pound a handful of 4% beers while still functioning somewhat like a responsible person. Enter the Baby Bitter. This recipe stratles the line beteen Standard Bitter and the Best Bitter but either way it's 4% ABV of lovely Maris Otter, a mixture of Crystal Malts and a spash of Chocolate Malt that gives it a heafty color for a little beer. The goal here is drinkability plus flavor! Oh my gosh, try pitching that idea to the BMC drinkers/brewers of the world!
